Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of humanbrowser.cloud and its REST and A2A APIs ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Virix Ltd, trading as Virix Labs, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16325097). By creating a key, calling the API, or topping up balance you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description
Human Browser provides remote Chrome browsers running on residential IPs, with built-in challenge handling and optional hosted AI inference, accessible via REST API and the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol. Each browser runs in a sandboxed container on our infrastructure. The Service is intended for legitimate browser automation by humans and autonomous agents — QA, monitoring, market research, accessibility tooling, and collection of public data you are authorized to access.
3. Your account and API key
A key is issued when you sign in with your email; it carries a $0 balance until your first top-up. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect compromise.
4. Pricing and payment
The Service is sold as a prepaid balance. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no auto-renewal. You top up any amount — $20, $80, $200, or a custom amount between $5 and $2,000 — and the balance is debited per usage. Unused balance does not expire.

Live cost is shown on session metadata and in the dashboard. We accept card payments via Stripe and cryptocurrency payments via 0xProcessing; both providers have their own terms which apply to the payment step.
New accounts start with a $0 balance; there is no free trial credit. Your first top-up may be $1 — enough for about 4 typical tasks. Later top-ups have a $5 minimum.
What happens when balance hits zero
The Service stops gracefully. Your API key stays valid. Sessions already running are allowed to finish. New API calls receive a 402 quota_exceeded error until you top up. Nothing is deleted and no data is lost.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Conduct illegal activity under the laws of the United Kingdom, the European Union, or your local jurisdiction
- Generate, distribute, or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Commit banking, payment, or identity fraud, including account takeover, card testing, or violation of KYC requirements
- Scrape, harvest, or download content you do not have the legal right to access
- Perform mass account creation on third-party platforms in violation of their terms of service
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or links to malicious payloads
- Brute-force credentials or otherwise gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own
- Harass, threaten, dox, or stalk individuals
- Probe, attack, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service infrastructure
We monitor abuse reports from upstream proxy providers, hosting partners, and rights holders. A serious violation may result in immediate revocation of your key and forfeiture of remaining prepaid balance.
6. Service availability and no warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of results. We do not guarantee that any specific website will load, that any specific automated-traffic protection on a third party site will permit your session, that any specific country IP will be available at any given moment, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We target best-effort 99% monthly uptime but offer no SLA on standard usage.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virix Ltd's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke your key without notice for breach of Section 5 (Acceptable use), abuse of the Service, or to comply with a credible legal demand. You may stop using the Service at any time; remaining balance is handled under the Refund Policy. We may discontinue the Service for all users with at least 30 days' notice, in which case unused balance will be refunded.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not inspect the page content of your browser sessions — only the metadata required for billing and abuse response.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, except that we may bring an action against you in the country where you are resident or do business if necessary to enforce our rights. Before filing a claim please email us — most issues resolve in a few business days.
